“There’s a tremendous need right now for access to alternative investment instruments featuring liquidity and transparency, particularly at the retail level, which makes Bluerock’s approach highly anticipated. The company is focused on making it possible for a wider range of retail investors to access opportunities once reserved for very high net worth individuals and institutions only, with institutional quality alternative investment products that feature diversity, enhanced yields, and more stable total returns,” Anderson says.

“In addition to founding, developing, and growing successful investment programs and distribution platforms over many years, Dr. Anderson brings tremendous intellectual capital in the development of best-in-class investment strategies and programs. We are looking forward to sharing his expertise with our Bluerock investors and on providing opportunities to capitalize on unique new investment opportunities,” said Ramin Kamfar, Bluerock’s Founder & CEO.
