Who is Bluerock Real Estate?

Founded in 2002 by R. Ramin Kamfar, Bluerock Real Estate (“Bluerock”) focuses on core-plus, value-add, opportunistic, and development investment strategies while providing retail investors with the opportunity to invest in institutional quality real estate investments. The Manhattan-based company also has offices in Michigan, Idaho, and California.

Among the company’s flagship offerings is Total Income+ Real Estate Fund (“TI+”), a continuously offered closed-end interval fund.
