About Bluerock Total Income+ Real Estate Fund

The Bluerock Total Income+ Real Estate Fund (“TI+ Fund”) is a public, closed-end interval fund utilizing a multi-manager, strategy, and sector approach. The TI+ Fund provides exposure to institutional private equity real estate (iPERE) securities alongside some of the nation’s largest endowment and pension plans.
