Corporate Finance Analyst / Sr. Analyst

New York City (In-office Monday-Thursday, subject to change)

Position Summary

We are seeking an Analyst to join the Corporate Finance team. This role is a highly analytical, hands-on position focused on financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level reporting. The Analyst will partner closely with members of the Corporate Finance and Accounting teams and play a critical role in driving insight, accountability, and value creation across the business.  This person will be involved with all facets of the firm’s businesses which includes interval funds, listed closed-end funds, REITs – both public and non-listed – as well as a variety of private vehicles and investments.

The position will be based out of the Company’s executive offices in Midtown Manhattan where the new hire will have an opportunity to work in a small, collegial and fast-moving environment. Responsibilities

  • Enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning
  • Design, build, and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making
  • P&L performance analytics across multi-unit, multi-division, or multi-platform businesses
  • Provide support to the executive leadership team, in providing financial insights and decisions
  • Design, build, and scale FP&A frameworks, systems, tools, and reporting processes to enhance financial visibility, data integrity, and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain integrated three-statement financial models to support scenario planning, valuation, ROI analysis, and investment decisions
  • Deliver accurate and timely variance analyses, KPI dashboards, and performance insights for senior leadership
  • Assist with capital planning, capital allocation, and financial modeling tied to organic growth, new acquisitions, and/or strategic initiatives
  • Work on corporate M&A, investment, and acquisition initiatives including due diligence, valuation, pro forma modeling, post-acquisition integration, and performance tracking
  • Support capital structure strategy, debt and equity financing, fundraising efforts, and investor relations activities
  • Help shape and communicate the Company’s financial narrative, growth story, and strategic priorities
  • Prepare executive-level and board-level materials including operating reviews, budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisitions, asset management, operations, legal and other teams
  • Assess and manage financial risk, scenario stress testing, and mitigation strategies
  • Support development of business case analyses for growth initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years’ industry experience, corporate finance, accounting and/or real estate a plus
  • Highly technical individual, proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong quantitative, written and oral skills and ability to interact with senior management
  • Familiarity in working with large data sets, analyzing, and producing summarized conclusions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in working both independently and as part of a team
  • Innovative approach to solving problems, with keen focus on detail and accuracy

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $90,000 – $125,000
  • Bonus eligible: 10% – 30%, based on performance
