Industrial Sector Projected to Outperform All Property Types Through 2028

While it appears that overall commercial real estate values are near their low point in Q3 2024, projections for value appreciation among major property types through 2028 vary significantly. Industrial sector values are projected to increase well above the overall average driven by new demand for industrial space stemming from the continued growth of e-commerce.
