Ismael Leyva-designed condo project The Charles at 1355 First Avenue has unleashed its full website.

The 32-story, 29-unit Bluerock Real Estate project is all full-floor residences, all the time, with interiors by David Collins Studio. Unit sizes range from 3,135 to 4,535 square feet.

Every apartment has four bedrooms, a private elevator landing, ceiling heights up to 10’7″, custom wood doors, white oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, quiet central HVAC system and radiant heating in the living rooms, with pre-wiring for home automation systems.
