The Bluerock Privacy Policy applies to Bluerock Real Estate, LLC (“Bluerock”), Bluerock Value Exchange, LLC, Bluerock Capital Markets, LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliates and any current or future fund or investment sponsored by Bluerock. This Privacy Policy describes how Bluerock and our service providers  protect your personal and financial information that we collect in the course of providing our financial services. The Personal Information that you provide will be available to Bluerock, its agents, representatives and third-party service providers to be used to respond to your inquiries and those purposes that may be reasonably inferred by your provision of such Personal Information. Bluerock does not disclose any nonpublic information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. For example, we disclose information, as permitted by law, to our affiliates for everyday business purposes.
